Coinsurance under the Choice Plus Plan for in-network, non-preventive PCP and specialist office visits will be subject to the deductible.
Our Choice Plus Plan has covered both PCP and specialist office visits for non-preventive care at 80% in-network with no deductible to satisfy. Starting in 2026, these office visits will continue to be covered at 80%, but only after you have satisfied your deductible.

Non-preferred brand retail and mail order prescriptions under the CDHP will be covered at 70%.
In an effort to encourage more usage of either generic or preferred brand prescription medications, coverage for non-preferred brand medications under the CDHP will be changing from 80% to 70%.
