Access Castlight for personalized health and wellbeing support through NetBenefits
We want to make it easy for you to access Castlight, our digital health care navigator. This year, when you register for benefits as part of Annual Enrollment, you’ll also have the option to register for Castlight directly through NetBenefits (and earn 250 points to use toward incentives)!
Castlight helps you make the most of the well-being support and resources that Unilever offers. You can either register through NetBenefits or go directly to mycastlight.com/unilever. Remember, if you don’t register, you can’t take full advantage of this benefit.
To register for Castlight after Annual Enrollment, go to mycastlight.com/unilever, or download the Castlight mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
Wellbeing incentives
You can receive wellbeing incentives directly through Castlight, your personal digital navigator, with more choices to earn incentives. Employees can earn up to $300 by completing designated wellbeing goals to encourage healthy lifestyles. And, your covered spouse/domestic partner may also earn up to $150! All earned incentives will be deposited in the employee’s HSA or issued via payroll contribution. You must be enrolled in a UHC medical plan to access these services and earn incentives.
