As communicated last year, CDHP 1 is being eliminated for 2025.
Any participants currently enrolled in CDHP 1 who do not make another election during Annual Enrollment will be automatically moved into our “CDHP” plan (formerly CDHP 2).
Emotional Wellbeing Solutions is your new EAP provider.
Our EAP provider will change to UHC’s Emotional Wellbeing Solutions. The new program includes assistance with stress and burnout, parenting and caregiving, relationships, behavioral health, financial concerns, care guidance and navigation, legal issues and more. Starting January 1, 2025, employees can call 1-800-458-9643 for more information and to use the program. Learn more >
UHC’s Advocate team is available to help support you with your health plan
UHC offers a dedicated Advocate team to help you explore your care options, see where you may save some money, or even help resolve complex claim issues. You can chat with an Advocate on the UHC website, app, or by calling the member number on your health plan ID card. Learn more >

Cost changes for certain benefits
Health care costs continue to rise nationally, so employees will still see contribution increases. However, by making this change to UHC, we are securing plan contribution rates that are lower than what they would have been had we maintained our previous health care carriers. Learn more >
