Confirm your Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility and tobacco user status. 

If you aren’t eligible for an HSA, you’ll be defaulted to no coverage and will forfeit the Unilever HSA contribution. Employees who use tobacco will pay a monthly surcharge in 2026. Learn more

Enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA or Limited Purpose FSA

Your 2025 elections will not roll over into 2026. Remember: these tax-advantaged accounts can help you pay for out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses using pretax dollars. Learn more

Review and, if necessary, update your dependents and your beneficiary designations, including Social Security numbers.

Be sure you have the coverage you and your family need for disability and life insurance. Learn more
